Wood stove · Garden side
A quiet room kept just as it has been for generations — wood smoke, fresh linen, and the smell of bread in the morning.
Twenty seats. A tasting menu set down each afternoon, once the gardens, the forest and the lake have given up what they will. Served by candlelight on a worn stone floor, beneath the original timber rafters.
The Tasting MenuThe estate is a living landscape. From the wood-fired sauna in the old sidobyggnad to the workshop barns where baskets and pottery are made by hand, every day at Ollasgården begins and ends with quiet ritual.
